Export an agent to a file

In the Agent Builder:

1. Select
2. Select the agent to export to a file.
3. Select File > Save to file.

Delete an agent from your account

In the Web Console:

1. Select agents > All Agents.
2. Select an agent to delete.
3. Select More.
4. Select Delete agent.
5. Select Yes, delete agent.

Create an agent from a file

In the Agent Builder:

1. Select File > Open from file.
2. Select SAVE.
3. Select SAVE.
