In addition to capturing the text of links in a list, you can instruct an agent to click the links and gather additional data from the associated pages.
In the Agent Builder:
- Select the first link in the list.
Note
If there is an image associated with each link, click on the textual link rather than the image (if textual links are present).
- Select Capture List.
- Select another link (similar to the first) further down the list.
- Enter the name for the field.
- Select Create Action.
- Select the first link in the list.
- Select Click Item.
- Continue building actions on the next Actions List page (usually Page 2) to capture additional data.
Already created a capture list action?
Skip to step 6. You only need to click the links to finish telling the agent to capture the information.
