Clear a collection

A collection is a table of data in the Web Console. You may have a collection that you're not currently using, but that you might use later. Instead of deleting these collections, you can clear them. Clearing a collection allows you to delete the data that is stored without losing access to any of the agents associated with the collection.

From the agent or collection
In the Web Console:

1. Select Agent > Agents or Collection.
2. Select the name of the agent or collection.
3. Select .
4. Select Clear.
5. Select the information you want to clear.
6. Select CLEAR COLLECTION.

Clear from the Agent list or Collection list

In the Web Console:

1. Select Collections or Agents.
2. Select the agent(s) or collection(s) you want to clear.
3. Select More.
4. Select Clear Collection data.
5. Select the information you want to clear.
6. Select CLEAR COLLECTION.
