My agent encountered an error

Each time you run an agent, information is stored about the start and end time, run status, and any error information.

In the Web Console:

  1. Select Agents > All Agents.
  2. Select the name of an agent.
  3. Select DATA > JOBS.
  4. Select a particular job to see detailed information about when the agent ran at that time.
