My agent encountered an error

Each time you run an agent, Mozenda stores information about the start and end time, run status, and any error information.

  1. Open the Web Console.
  2. Click Agents > All agents.
  3. Open the agent.
  4. Click Data > Jobs.
  5. Click a particular job to see detailed information about when the agent ran at that time.
