Agent group fields make it easy to compare data from different sources in your final data set. Updating your agent group fields is easy whether you need to: * Create a new field * Standardize similar fields * Remove an existing field ### Create a New Field in the agent group In the Web Console: 1. Select **Agents**. 2. Select the specific agent group. 3. Select **Fields**. 4. Select **New field**. 5. Give the field a name. 6. Select **SAVE**. ![Create new field\(1\)](https://cdn.document360.io/03076343-9561-4857-8a4e-9f3bfed20ced/Images/Documentation/Create%20new%20field%281%29.gif){height="" width="590"} :::(Internal) (your title goes here) ![GIF6.gif](https://cdn.document360.io/03076343-9561-4857-8a4e-9f3bfed20ced/Images/Documentation/GIF6%281%29.gif){height="" width=""} ::: ### Remove an existing field In the Web Console: 1. You can standardize an agent group field with an agent field to make it easier to analyze and clean the data from different sources in your final data set. In the Web Console,: 1. Select **Agents**. 2. Select the specific agent group. 3. Select **Fields**. 4. Select the two fields you want to standardize. :::(Warning) (Note) You cannot merge two fields from the same agent. Once a field is selected the remaining fields in that agent and any matching fields are hidden in the list. ::: 5. Select **Merge Fields**. 6. Enter the *description* for the standardized field. 7. Select applicable field settings: **Confidential**, **Watch this field**, or **Included** in the agent group. 8. Select **SAVE**. ![Merged](https://cdn.document360.io/03076343-9561-4857-8a4e-9f3bfed20ced/Images/Documentation/Merged.gif){height="" width="590"} :::(Internal) (your title goes here) ![GIF10.gif](https://cdn.document360.io/03076343-9561-4857-8a4e-9f3bfed20ced/Images/Documentation/GIF10.gif){height="" width=""} ::: :::(Info) (Change agent group field name) The standardized field name defaults to the field that is already in the agent group.
