No - we’re happy to accommodate proxies from a provider of your choice, but we do not sell proxies or resell proxies from third-party providers.

Q: What proxy provider should I choose?

Regardless of the provider you use, the most important consideration is to match the new proxies geolocation to the geolocation you currently use in your account. The following providers have been tested and are compatible with our system: Oxylabs, Luminati, Charity Engine, Trusted Proxies

Q: A Dexi custom proxy (ex. US3) that I’ve been using no longer displays in the drop-down. What happened?

Access to Dexi’s internal proxies was provided as a short-term workaround. To continue using an external custom proxy, please complete our request form

Q: Where can I view and select from my available proxies?

In the Agent Builder:

  1. Select Use Geolocation
  2. Select the region-specific pool of IP's you would like to use.

In the Web Console:

  1. Select Agents > All Agents.
  2. Select the name of the agent(s) you want to manage.
  3. Select gears
  4. Select Harvesting.
  5. Under Method > select Premium harvesting.
  6. Select the geolocation under Run this agent in.
  7. Select SAVE.
