    Collections are tables of data. Each agent has a collection where it saves data. You can create a standard collection that contains data that you upload or harvest, or a combined collection that combines the data from multiple agent collections.

    Create a combined collection

    In the Web Console:

    1. Select Collections.
    2. Select New collection.
    3. Select From existing collections.
    4. Name your combined collection.
    5. Select the agent(s) to combine their dataset.
    6. Select SAVE.
    7. A new window displays. Select and add the fields in the newly combined collection.
    8. Select the field > ADD FIELD to add the fields in the newly combined collection.
    9. Select DONE when finished.

    Your new collection creation depends on the size of the collections that are being combined.

    Rebuild a combined collection

    A combined collection combines the data from multiple agent collections. The data from all agents must be added for the combined collection to be created. Here are some things to keep in mind.

    The combined collection will only add data from a completed agent run job. Once the last job finishes, that triggers a response to update the combined collection with the final data. A combined collection can be rebuilt manually or through the API call collections.rebuild.

    Rebuild manually:

    In the Web Console:

    1. Select Collections
    2. Select the specific combined collection.
    3. Select Combined collection.PNG
    4. Select ReBuild.
