The status of your agent displayed in the Web Console tells you where your agent is at in its data-gathering journey.

Agent status:

Use the Web Console or the API to view the status of your agents.

Cancelled: The forceful completion of an agent run job. Triggered by stopping and canceling a job.

Cancelling: When an agent transitions from running to the canceled state.

Done: The agent job is complete.

Error: The agent is unable to complete the actions due to a website change, XPath expression, or missing agent definition.

Limit Reached: An agent has reached the credit limit in your account or reached the credit limit for that particular run, this alert displays.

Postponed: The agent is postponed due to its Error Handling settings.

Paused: The agent has stop gathering data.

Pausing: The agent has been told by the user to stop gathering data.

Ready: An agent is available to retrieve data.

Restarted: The agent is queued and will run as soon as a job becomes available.

Restarting: When a paused agent is manually restarted. The agent is entering the restarted state.

Running: The agent is in the process of gathering your data.

Queued: The agent is in line for an available job.

Job.States:

The agent job states are used by our internal servers to provide more detail and keep your job moving.

Canceled: The agent run job has been manually canceled. The agent status is Canceled.

Canceling: When the agent transitions from running to canceled. The agent status is Canceling.

Cycled: The agent run job has been moved to a new server but is waiting for an available job. The agent status is Queued.

Cycling The agent run job is being moved to a new server. The agent status is Queued.

Done: The agent job is complete. The agent status is Done.

Error The agent is unable to complete the actions due to a website change, XPath expression, or missing agent definition. The agent status is Error.

LimitWarning: The agent or account has reached its limit of processing credits available. The agent status is LimitReach.

Postponed The agent is postponed due to its Error Handling settings. The agent status is Postponed.

Restarted: The agent is queued and will run as soon as a job becomes available. The status is Restarted.

Restarting: When a paused agent is manually restarted. The agent is entering the restarted state. The status is Restarting.

Running: The agent is in the process of gathering your data. The agent status is Running.

Starting: The agent has been picked by a job and is ready to go.

Stopping: The agent has received the stop command and the job is stopping. The agent status is Pausing.

Stopped: The agent receives the stop command and pauses the job in the current step. The agent status is Paused.
