Add Mozenda as an exception in Symantec

You may need to add Mozenda as a Security Risk Exception to your antivirus software if you are unable to download or install the Agent Builder or if you see a partially blank screen following installation.

  1. Open Symantec Endpoint Protection and click Change Settings in the left navigation panel.

  1. Click the Configure Settings button next to Exceptions.

  1. Click Add.

  1. Click Security Risk Exception, then File.

  2. Open Windows Explorer, then open your Downloads folder. Double-click the Mozenda installation file.

  3. Click OK.

  4. Click Add.

  1. Click Security Risk Exception > Folder.

  1. Open Windows Explorer, then open your Downloads folder. Double-click the Mozenda installation file.

  2. Click OK.

  1. Mozenda’s local file will now appear in the Exceptions list.
