  1. Open Symantec Endpoint Protection and select Change Settings in the left navigation panel.

  1. Select the Configure Settings button next to Exceptions.

  1. Select Add.

  1. Select Security Risk Exception, then File.

  2. Open Windows Explorer, then open your Downloads folder. Double-click the Mozenda installation file.

  4. Select Add.

  1. Select Security Risk Exception > Folder.
