Add Mozenda as an exception in Symantec

You might need to add Mozenda as a Security Risk Exception to your antivirus software if you are unable to download or install the Agent Builder or if you see a partially blank screen following installation.

1. Open Symantec Endpoint Protection and select Change Settings in the left navigation panel.

2. Select the Configure Settings button next to Exceptions.

3. Select Add.

4. Select Security Risk Exception, then File.

5. Open Windows Explorer, then open your Downloads folder. Double-click the Mozenda installation file.
   

6. Select OK.

7. Select Add.

8. Select Security Risk Exception > Folder.

9. Open Windows Explorer, then open your Downloads folder. Double-click the Mozenda installation file.
   

10. Select OK.

11. Mozenda’s local file will now display in the Exceptions list.
