# Add Mozenda as an exception in Kaspersky

You might need to add Mozenda as an exclusion to your antivirus software if you are unable to download or install the Agent Builder or if you see a partially blank screen following installation.

2. Select **Additional**.

1. Select **Threats and Exclusions**.

1. Select **Configure exclusion rules**.

1. Select **Add**.

1. Select **Browse**.

1. Open Windows Explorer, then open your **Downloads** folder. Double-click the Mozenda installation file.

1. Enter `EICAR-Test-File` into the **Object** input field.

1. Select **Save**.

1. Select **Add**.

1. Select **Browse**.

1. Paste the following folder path into the field: `C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Mozenda`

          Note

          

Replace `%user%` with the username you use to log into your computer.

1. Enter `EICAR-Test-File` into the **Object**  input field.

1. Select **Save**.
