Add Mozenda as an exception in Kaspersky

You might need to add Mozenda as an exclusion to your antivirus software if you are unable to download or install the Agent Builder or if you see a partially blank screen following installation.

  1. Open Kaspersky and select Settings.

  2. Select Additional.

  1. Select Threats and Exclusions.

  1. Select Configure exclusion rules.

  1. Select Add.

  1. Select Browse.

  1. Open Windows Explorer, then open your Downloads folder. Double-click the Mozenda installation file.

  1. Enter EICAR-Test-File into the Object input field.

  1. Select Save.

  1. Select Add.

  1. Select Browse.

  1. Paste the following folder path into the field: C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Mozenda
Note

Replace %user% with the username you use to log into your computer.

  1. Enter EICAR-Test-File into the Object input field.
