Add an agent to an agent group

When you create an agent group, existing agents can be added after the template is made. Make sure to always synchronize your agent settings before saving.

  1. Open the Web Console.
  2. Select the specific agent group from the Agent tab.
  3. Select Summary > Agents.
  4. Click Assign agents.
  5. Select one or more agents from the list.
  6. Click ASSIGN.
  7. Confirm which agent settings will be synchronized with the agent group (such as publishing, notifications, and/or scheduling).
  8. Click SYNCHRONIZE.
