# Use the JSON robot definition

Though clever people will find clever uses for the plain-text robot definition, the primary use of the definition is to copy and paste a robot (or parts thereof) directly into another robot to change its configuration.

Copying the entire definition from Robot A to Robot B effectively turns Robot B into a clone of Robot A.
